    • Founded Consumer Insights in 1985, where he continues to serve as president, statistician and lead researcher, providing direction on every project.
    • Contributes to the process, especially during the design and analysis stages, assuring delivery of actionable results.
    • Earned an MBA from City College of New York with a major in Statistics, concentrating in both multivariate analysis and statistical sampling.
    • Serves on the Board of Advisors to the Master of Market Research program at the University of Georgia at Athens.
